Everything in the Standard package, plus screening for:
Sex chromosome conditions (Turner syndrome, Klinefelter syndrome, Jacobs syndrome, Triple X syndrome). A broader overview of your baby’s chromosomes and optional sex determination. Now also includes 6 microdeletion syndromes.

Everything in the Advanced package, plus:
Rare autosomal aneuploidies (RAAs). Up to 92 microdeletion syndromes (including DiGeorge, Cri-du-Chat, Angelman/Prader-Willi, and many more). The most comprehensive NIPT available, offering the highest level of reassurance.

At Babyvue, we know how important peace of mind is during pregnancy. That’s why we offer Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT) in partnership with Concepto Diagnostics, one of the UK’s leading laboratories.
NIPT is a simple blood test, available from 10 weeks of pregnancy, that analyses fragments of your baby’s DNA found in your bloodstream. This highly accurate screening test checks for the most common chromosomal conditions and provides optional information about your baby’s sex.
Important: Dating Scan Requirement
To book a NIPT test at Babyvue, you must have already had a dating scan and bring the report with you to your appointment.
If you don’t yet have a dating scan, we can add this on at Babyvue for £85.
NIPT at Babyvue does not include an ultrasound scan — it is a blood test only.

Why is the Harmony Test unavailable?
Our partner lab stopped processing Harmony Tests as of Autumn 2023 and we have replaced the Harmony Test at our partner lab with the NIPT Test.
Our new NIPT Test is more affordable than our previous Harmony Test service.

When can I have the test?
From 10 weeks of pregnancy, once you’ve had a dating scan.

Is NIPT safe?
Yes. It’s a blood test from your arm and has no risk to you or your baby.

How accurate are Concepto NIPT results?
Concepto NIPT are extremely accurate. Results identify over 99 percent of pregnancies with trisomy 21, trisomy 18, or trisomy 13.

Does it diagnose conditions?
No, NIPT is a screening test. If a result suggests a high risk, diagnostic tests (CVS or amniocentesis) may be recommended.

What if my result is high risk?
We’ll explain the results, provide support, and guide you to next steps with your NHS or private care provider.
